These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 78bet platform and its user ("you" or "user"). By accessing or using the 78bet website, mobile site, or application, you agree to every clause of these Terms.

78bet provides an online betting and casino service for users in Bangladesh. The platform offers a variety of options including cricket, football, and kabaddi sports betting; slots; live casino; fishing games; and many more gaming choices.

The Bengali version of these Terms is the authoritative text. In the event of any dispute, the language and meaning of this document shall be considered final. 78bet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; changes take effect from the date they are published.

To open an account and use services on 78bet, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older.
• You must be located in a region where online betting is used at your own responsibility.
• You must not have any active self-exclusion or voluntary ban in place.
• Each individual may hold only one account; maintaining multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Registration using a concealed identity or false information is not permitted.

If it is established during account verification that a user did not meet the eligibility conditions above, 78bet reserves the right to close the account immediately and withhold any associated funds.

The information you provide at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Required registration details include: name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method information.

• Your account login credentials (username and password) must be kept completely confidential.
• Allowing a third party to use your account is prohibited.
• If you believe your account is being used without authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].
• 78bet may request identity documents, proof of address, or other documentation at any time for account verification purposes.
• If the required documents are not provided, withdrawals may be placed on hold until account verification is complete.

You are fully responsible for all activity carried out on your account. 78bet is not liable for any loss resulting from negligent handling of your login credentials.

The following payment methods are accepted on 78bet: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla, BRAC, and Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 for each method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Withdrawal time: Generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes after approval.
• Withdrawal requests will only be sent to the verified account from which the deposit was made.
• For suspicious transactions, 78bet may take additional verification steps and processing of the request may be delayed.
• Any withdrawal suspected of fraud or money laundering may be permanently withheld and the relevant authorities may be notified.
• Bonus funds must meet the wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn (see Section 5 for details).

All transaction amounts are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) only. There is currently no facility for transactions in foreign currency.

78bet offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms which must be followed. The welcome bonus terms are detailed below:

• Welcome Bonus: 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times.
• Example: If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,500. Only after wagering 25 times the bonus amount — that is, ৳37,500 — will any winnings from the bonus be withdrawable.
• The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.
• Another example: A deposit of ৳12,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 (cap reached), with a total balance of ৳20,000.
• Bonuses have a fixed validity period; expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.
• If multiple accounts, unusual betting patterns aimed at exploiting bonuses, or fraudulent activity are detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
• All promotional terms are subject to these general Terms and Conditions.

All bets and games on 78bet are conducted fairly and transparently. The following rules apply to all gaming activity:

• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled; however, 78bet may make an exception in cases of technical error.
• If an event is cancelled or incomplete, 78bet will determine the outcome of the bet at its own discretion.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical issue or disconnection, the decision regarding that game rests solely with 78bet and is final.
• 78bet sets the maximum bet limits for any game or betting category and may change them at any time.
• Market information in sports betting is for reference only; actual odds change in real time.
• In live betting, if a delay causes a bet to fall on an event that has already been settled, 78bet reserves the right to void that bet.

Game outcomes are controlled by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG). All games are regularly audited to ensure fair play.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 78bet:

• Creating multiple accounts or using third-party accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
• Using any fraudulent strategy, software, or system to attempt to gain an unfair advantage.
• Conducting money laundering or managing illegal funds through an account.
• Creating an account for a minor or placing bets on their behalf.
• Match fixing or attempting to influence outcomes in exchange for any financial benefit.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems, servers, or network.
• Harassing, disturbing, or disrupting other users on the platform.

If such activity is detected, 78bet will immediately close the account, seize the associated funds, and notify law enforcement where applicable.

78bet may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Registration using false or misleading information.
• Failure to provide documents required for verification.
• Extended period of inactivity (the inactivity threshold is set by 78bet).
• At the user's own request.

Upon account closure, if there are legitimate funds and no terms have been violated, those funds will be returned after the applicable verification is completed. Bonus balances will not be returned under any circumstances.

78bet provides the platform on an "as is" basis. 78bet accepts no liability for:

• Gaming sessions disrupted due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Delays or failures in a third-party payment provider's system.
• Login credentials being exposed due to the user's own negligence.
• Loss caused by events outside the platform or force majeure circumstances.
• Financial loss resulting from the user's own gaming or betting decisions.

Under no circumstances will 78bet's total liability exceed the funds held in the relevant user's account.

• Collected data is used solely for account management, verification, and service improvement.
• Personal data is not shared with third parties except where required by legal obligation or a security investigation.
• All transactions are secured by SSL encryption.
